Debora Foreman - Principal

Welcome to Mrs. Foreman's Page!

I really enjoy being Pearson’s principal.  It is the best job on the planet!

I started my career at Pearson Elementary as a volunteer parent in 1986. That same year I went back to college to finish getting my teaching certification. I worked as a class size aide and as a playground supervisor during the days and went to college at night. I was hired as a teacher at Pearson in 1989, and since then have taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade at various times.

I obtained my Master of Education degree in 2005, and my Administration Certificate in 2007.

I have two adult children.  My daughter loves theater costume design and fashion.  She currently works at a retail store in Seattle.  My son is a US Customs agent working for the Dept. of Homeland Security.

I live about a mile and a half from school. I have lived in the North Kitsap area since 1965 and am a graduate of North Kitsap High School.   I like to garden and explore new places in my spare time.  I also enjoying riding my motorcycle when time and weather allow.

Each day I look forward to helping students receive the quality education that will prepare them for a future so exciting I can't even imagine all the possibilities.
